The Spark
My name is Tevawn Kelly, and I started my journey from humble beginnings, working alongside my father in his trucking company. These early experiences instilled in me the value of hard work, dedication, and a hands-on approach to business.
Through a combination of mentorship, trial and error, and a hunger for knowledge, I developed a versatile skill set that forms the foundation of EDF Enterprise. I founded EDF with a vision centered on making a positive impact in the lives of business owners.

The Business
Since being founded in 2019, we have been a part of and provided consultation on over 50 deals and built a reputation for our significant expertise in M&A.
Expertise we've since utilized to support business owners in navigating the sale of their businesses to us or our preferred partners with the utmost comfort. With our ultimate goal being to ensure the legacies of the businesses remain intact.
The Journey
Construction
I spent years working within the construction industry. Elevators, water treatment, transmission lines, substation build outs and more, learning each skill inside and out. Rising quickly through each company with the intention to build my own empire.
First Acquisition
I’m proud to say my first purchase was my father's company Kellimax which kicked started our success. Soon after we were able to acquire companies within the catering and transportation industries both based in North Miami Beach, FL and we have been growing ever since.
Business Recognition
The road to get here wasn't easy but nothing truly worth while is. After 5 long years of hard work and dedication I was able to have my business recognized and received an award in 2024 showcasing how far we've come.
The Motivation
Beyond business metrics and milestones, my true driving force is family, legacy, and community impact. Building EDF Enterprise is about creating a secure future, opportunities, and ensuring lasting impact for those who matter most.
The values instilled in me by my family, integrity, perseverance, and compassion are woven into the fabric of how I operate. To me It's about building relationships, fostering trust, and ensuring that success is shared and sustainable for generations to come.
